Previous Netflix leader sentenced for illegal tax avoidance

A previous Netflix leader was sentenced for accepting hush money and payoffs from merchants working with the organization, as indicated by the US Department of Justice.

Netflix sued Kail in 2014 guaranteeing he concealed installments from sellers by guiding them to his own counseling organization. Kail’s lawyer Julia Mezhinsky Jayne said in a proclamation messaged to The Verge that they were disillusioned in the decision, which she called “baffling and plainly unsupported by the genuine proof and the law.” They intend to request.
